The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which added a personal touch to my experience. however, the room I received felt a bit cramped, and there were some cleanliness issues that detracted from my overall satisfaction.

My stay at the Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Hotel was pretty fantastic, but there were a few bumps along the way. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean, and I really appreciated the comfy beds. The highlight was definitely the massive waterpark-it's super fun for kids! On the downside, I found the bathrooms a little on the small side, and the pool area was quite crowded at times. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for families.
